We're looking to hire a motivated, self-driven, community-oriented Benefits Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will work towards growing their own book of business by engaging with new prospects and building strong relationships within the community and their clients near and far.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Life and Health Insurance insurance and sales experience.
  • Valid Oregon Life and Health Insurance license.
  • Experience with mid to large accounts.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the book of business by leveraging leads, referrals, and rounding out accounts as appropriate.
  • Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, collect comprehensive information and skillfully formulate proposals for presentation.
  • Evaluate and analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Educate clients on the insurance plans/policies that best suit their needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurance carriers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships as needed with your Account Manager.
  • Facilitate renewal processes with your account manager.
