Join our mission-driven team as an Inside Sales Agent, where you will be responsible for the sales and retention of individual dental, vision, and legal insurance products through both inbound and outbound calls. This is a hybrid position located in Johnston, Iowa, and may be filled at a higher level, depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance.
Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights
Provide support to small business sales and service team.
Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives.
Dependability in attendance and punctuality required.
