Requirements
- Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with personal injury law, medical terminology, and lien regulations
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain lien-related documentation
- Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and internal teams
- Provide clients with clear and accurate lien information
- Prepare regular reports on lien statuses and outcomes
- Address and resolve disputes or discrepancies with lienholders
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Accurately record and update liens in the case management system
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all lien records
- Monitor and track lien status from inception to resolution
- Verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
