About The Position
Perform all functions required with obtaining the initial license and subsequent license renewals for Sales Employees within the organization.
Requirements
- Two-year college degree or equivalent work experience required
- 0 - 1 year of prior licensing experience
- Client file management skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- General database navigation skills
- Effective interpersonal and team working skills
- Must be well organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Four-year college degree
- Prior experience working in team environment
Responsibilities
- Reviews documents submitted by Sales Employees to ensure they are completed correctly
- Communicates directly with Sales Employees as needed to answer questions and provide guidance on completing forms
- Tracks license progress for aligned Sales Employees
- Ensure the timely submission of materials to state agencies in order to obtain license promptly and efficiently
- Assign pre-licensing or continuing education courses for Sales Employees
- Maintain records, compiles information, and submits the necessary forms in order to keep Sales Employees licensed
- Demonstrate professional demeanor via telephone and email
