This position is responsible for assisting with agency and agent licensing and continuing education compliance. This includes agent licensing, new and renewals, agent onboarding, CE reminders and other related licensing duties. Requirements

  • Must be willing to work EST hours
  • Experience in the insurance industry; licensing experience preferred
  • Outstanding administrative and detail skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong team ethic
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to meet deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance licensing.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

  • Some college experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Order new licenses.
  • Submit license renewals through vendor or state websites.
  • Agent onboarding
  • Submit affiliation, termination, change of name or address notices to regulators.
  • Communicate and work with agents regarding licenses and CE.
  • Other related licensing support
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
