About The Position

Scentsy is looking for a Licensing Specialist to align a variety of licensing partners and internal teams by communicating priorities and managing Service Level Agreements. The Licensing Specialist will develop and maintain relationships with factories, licensors, and internal stakeholders to ensure products meet the standards of Scentsy and its licensing partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience managing or coordinating projects
  • Strong organization, work coordination, and follow through skills
  • Ability to work effectively with resources from all areas of the business and across team boundaries
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company complies with each licensor’s specific product submission system, asset portal, branding guidelines, and approval requirements and provide direction on the guidelines and requirements
  • Create and shoot photographic views of all product samples for overlays and licensor submission purposes
  • Fulfill all asset requests (e.g. style and brand guides, logos, legal lines, images, etc.)
  • Deliver submissions to licensors for approval (including regulatory documentation), check approval status, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Manage relationships between factory, licensors, compliance and internal stakeholders daily
  • Oversee communication for changes and updates to design guidelines and ensure new guidelines are adhered to
  • Manage Product Development assets, Work In Progress (WIP) images, and supporting art downloading, organizing, distributing assets
  • Coordinate sample status/location and delivery to necessary teams (e.g. photo/ video shoots, testing, Executive reviews etc.)
  • Create and maintain spec files and master data within Pimberly
  • Coordinate and track compliance, testing and QA; Responsible for reporting and final sample sign off
  • Review final marketing and packaging collateral (catalogs, brochures, box art)
  • Maintain the showroom, monitor and track inventory, organize and dispose of obsolete samples and products
  • Identify, track, and drive issues through to resolution on projects
  • Provide concise and timely status reports during the project life cycle to key stakeholders
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
