Requirements

Minimum 2-year degree required.
Must possess computer literacy in PC based operating systems and programs, including the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing, including interactions in person, over the telephone and via electronic means.
Written communication skills required.
Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, follow through, and time management skills.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, work independently, and perform as a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

Previous administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process all retail license or permit renewal applications, revisions, and payments in accordance with internal policies and procedures for assigned geographic regions.
Regularly communicate with licensing jurisdictions and agencies to ensure invoices, payments, licenses, and permits are being processed timely and report issues to internal stakeholders when they arise.
Maintain physical and digital records associated with all applications, licenses, permits, invoices, payments, correspondence, and reports.
Prepare memos and reports related to assigned duties.
Perform related work and research as assigned.
