Requirements

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office proficient: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint with an emphasis on Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc).
Skilled in PLM.
Great team player with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

Oversee product categories for accessories team: cold weather knits, belts, jewelry and hosiery.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
Perform competitive brand and pricing analyses.
Construct critical plans to ensure desired development milestones are met.
Manage plans with internal team to guarantee brand milestones are hit in a timely manner.
Regularly update licensor database with product and development information.
Track all product approvals in PLM portal.
Work with Sales, Finance, and Planning teams to consolidate Licensor Reporting.
Coordinate showroom updates with licensor’s visual merchandising teams.
Lead communication to brand team to progress product development and update on any issues regarding shipment or sample delays.
Work closely with internal teams including design, sales, production, and follow-up on licensor deliverables.
