About The Position

The Licensing Coordinator oversees and executes licensing activities for PHP Agency LLC. The role coordinates licensing agreements, ensures adherence to legal stipulations, and maintains accurate licensing records. It collaborates with internal departments, external associates, and legal advisors to streamline the licensing process. The position also supports effective workflows, quality and accuracy, issue resolution, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and follow up effectively.
Strong research and analytical skills and proficiency with math.
Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with salespersons, including new and experienced agents and strong personalities.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the life insurance industry.
Familiarity with NIPR and State Department of Insurance websites.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with peers and team members to ensure optimal workflows.
Identify ways to eliminate inefficiencies and backlogs.
Recommend and assist with implementing process improvements.
Conduct random quality reviews of work and phone calls, where applicable, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and the quality and accuracy of associates’ work.
Resolve complex issues and handle escalated situations and calls.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required, to monitor productivity, accuracy, and trends.
Take corrective actions as necessary based on results.
May take the lead on assigned projects.
Coordinate licensing agreements, ensure adherence to legal stipulations, and maintain accurate licensing records.
Collaborate with internal departments, external associates, and legal advisors to streamline licensing processes.
