Our Licensing team is looking for someone with the drive, experience and unstoppable enthusiasm to help us leverage the power and potential of our licensed brands.
The Licensing Assistant position is a highly collaborative role which interfaces with many facets of our Kids business such as design, sales & production. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with tracking samples for e-comm product imagery.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Data driven with a mind for logical structure
• Attention to Detail
• Follow through skills mandatory
• MAC proficient
• EXCEL skills a must
• Adaptable to changing processes and works well with teams

Responsibilities

• Manage samples for 12+ brands
• Communicate with production teams on sample status
• Help maintain digital asset management platform
• Data entry
• Set up shot lists for photography studios
• Communicate effectively with photo studio to ensure proper image styling
• Support team with sample shipments to licensors
• Assist with image uploads to retail portals
• Eventual growth to retail digital account manager
