About The Position

This hybrid role is responsible for all aspects of maintaining producer licenses and renewals, coordinating producer appointments, and managing motor club licensing and renewals. The position requires working 10 days per month from the office and candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the specified office locations. New employees participate in a New Employee Orientation during their first week, which is typically held in person at the Madison, WI Headquarters or other AmFam core locations, though sessions may be delivered virtually. Offers are contingent on the results of applicable background checks and signing a non-disclosure agreement. Sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic math and statistical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages and algebra).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain producer licensing and renewals in all states for employees in multiple jobs within the organization as needed by state law.
  • Work with sales management to acquire and maintain records, compile information, coordinate with applicants and state agencies to ensure timely and efficient license acquisition and renewal, initial fingerprinting, scheduling of examinations, completing online applications & submitting supplemental documentation as required, monitoring license issuance and expiration dates using the national producer database and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Coordinate producer appointments in states where required using an online platform. Track and coordinate renewals of same.
  • Manage motor club licensing and renewals in multiple states. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and vendors regarding motor club licensing.
