As a Licensing Administrator, a typical day would include: Resolving traffic citations by responding to the issuing entity and/or invoicing customer as needed. Partnering with finance companies and XTRA Lease branch teams to assist in trailer sales (providing proper documentation needed to fund sales, releasing titles, and cancelling registration on sold equipment). Coordinating and maintaining titles and registrations for all XTRA Lease equipment. Working directly with the DMV to register and title new trailers purchased from our manufacturers. Ensuring the accuracy of VIN numbers and associated license plates. Auditing electronic and paper data for accuracy. Acting as an internal and 3rd party contact for citations, licensing, registration, and sales. Researching state specific requirements related to title and licensing. Running reports regularly to catch errors and ensure accuracy. As a Licensing Administrator with XTRA Lease, you’ll need the ability to accurately review various and detailed information.
