About The Position
Fidelity’s Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) provides an opportunity to learn about the financial services industry and Fidelity's culture while preparing participants to sit for the SIE® Exam. This exam is the first step towards earning a Series 7 license and assisting clients with their financial goals. The SIE® covers fundamental investment concepts, basic financial products, risk association, and regulatory guidelines. The program allows participants to explore a career in financial services with support from Fidelity leaders and resources. It is important to note that participants are not employed by Fidelity during the program and will not perform any work for the company.
Requirements
- Must be preparing to sit for the SIE® Exam.
- Must be willing to complete the Series 7 and other licenses upon successful program completion.
- Any application for full-time licensed employment will not be considered until completion of the program.
- Fidelity's business is governed by various securities laws and regulations, which may restrict hiring individuals with certain criminal histories.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and sit for the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) Exam.

- Upon successful completion, partner with recruiters to apply for the full-time Customer Relationship Advocate role.
