About The Position
Fidelity’s Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) is designed to support individuals looking to start a career in the financial services industry, even without prior experience. This program prepares participants to take the SIE® Exam, a foundational step towards obtaining Series 7 and other licenses. The SIE® exam covers basic financial products, risk, and regulatory guidelines. The program offers a virtual learning environment with study materials, resources, and guidance. Participants will learn about Fidelity's culture and career opportunities. Upon successful completion, recruiters will assist with applications for the full-time Customer Relationship Advocate role. This opportunity is for individuals who have not yet applied for the full-time CRA role.
Requirements
- Must not have previously applied to the full-time CRA role.
- Must be eligible to sit for the SIE® exam.
- Must be able to prepare for and pass the SIE® exam.
- Must be able to complete the Series 7 and other licenses upon successful program completion.
- Must be able to adhere to Fidelity's business regulations, which may restrict hiring individuals with certain criminal histories.
