About The Position

Silverado Berkeley is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide clinical care and compassionate support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to help residents live with dignity and joy in a team-focused environment.

The nurse serves as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians; provides clinical support and assistance with daily living activities; monitors resident health and maintains care documentation; and supports a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The position is full-time on a PM shift, with a schedule of four days on and two days off. The anticipated pay range is $40–$44 USD.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working around animals and pets.
