About The Position

Silverado is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide clinical care and heartfelt support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines medical skill, empathy, and relationship-building to help residents live with dignity and joy in a team-focused environment.

The LVN serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians; provides clinical support and assistance with daily living activities; monitors resident health and documents care accurately; and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This is a full-time PM-shift position with a schedule of four days on and two days off. The anticipated pay range is $40–$44 USD.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to perform active duties involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

• Experience in senior care or memory care settings.

Responsibilities
