About The Position

MGA Homecare is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide specialized home health care to medically fragile patients. Nurses follow the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, and document care thoroughly. They also educate patients and families about disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies. The role offers 1:1 patient care, 24/7 on-call assistance, online learning modules, simulation lab training, a new graduate training program, career development opportunities, and a flexible schedule. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour and depends on experience, tenure, and hours worked. Benefits begin after 30 days. Requirements

Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

Responsibilities
