About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide appropriate nursing care on a nursing unit as directed by an RN. Care must be age- and population-appropriate and consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. The role includes gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures. Other related duties may be assigned or requested. Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) licensure in the state where the hospital is located, or compact licensure if the state participates.
- Current BLS certification; AHA-approved BLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
- Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
