About The Position

The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region. The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. You will report onsite to the Conviva San Pedro located at 7142 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78216 You will report directly to the Manager, Clinic Administrator. Requirements

• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
• Administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in nature

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
• Experience with HEDIS
