About The Position
Delta Post Acute and Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate nursing care to patients. The nurse monitors patients’ conditions and needs, collaborates with physicians and other nurses on individualized care plans, performs routine procedures, maintains patient charts, and administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. The schedule is NOC. The listed salary is $32 to $40, DOE. The facility emphasizes teamwork, excellent clinical care, and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide appropriate care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, such as taking blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and complete patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patients’ medications and provide treatments according to physicians’ orders.
