About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is seeking full-time Licensed Vocational Nurses to serve multiple territories in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, including San Luis Obispo and Lompoc/Santa Ynez Valley. The role provides home health care and is paid by the visit. Routine visits pay $35.00–$45.00 per visit; additional work hours are paid at an hourly rate of $31.00–$35.00. Actual rates vary based on factors including experience type, location, and years of experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time clinicians.

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a rotating weekend assignment once every four weeks. The role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule and AI-driven documentation tools intended to support timely, accurate, and efficient documentation so clinicians can focus on care and service.

Requirements

• Current California LVN license.
• At least one year of professional nursing work experience as an LVN and/or RN.
• Reliable vehicle for work-related driving.
• Current driver's license and maintenance of a clean driving record.
• Current auto insurance coverage.
• Current approved health care provider CPR certification.
