Your responsibilities may include wound care, medication administration, IV infusions, and other skilled nursing services based on patient needs. We value flexibility and patient-centered care, so you will work closely with your patients to help determine visit schedules. This role involves travel between patient visits, so reliable transportation is required. LVNs who enjoy independence, hands-on clinical care, and the opportunity to grow their skills will thrive on our skilled team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Active Texas LVN license in good standing
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the home setting.
