About The Position

The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region. Conviva is a Subsidiary of Humana, seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and cheerful LPN/LVN (Licensed Practice Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse), who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of patients. The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region. You will work on-site at the Conviva St. Cloud Care Center. You will report directly to the Clinic Administrator. Use your skills to make an impact.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
• Administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in nature

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
• Experience with HEDIS
