Requirements

  • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals, technical guidelines, and governmental regulations.
  • Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees.
  • Proactively identify Company risks and institute policies and/or procedures to ensure compliance using related law and industry data,
  • Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess ability to analyze data from different sources to draw conclusions; utilize effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
  • Maintain current state licensure.
  • Maintain current liability and malpractice insurance, if applicable.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Valid and current LVN license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Ability to document accurately and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
  • Assist with patient assessments and document observations accurately
  • Provide basic patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and privacy regulations
