About The Position

Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and applicable regulations. The position supports resident safety, comfort, and clinical excellence while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team. The posting identifies the role as part-time and references all shifts, while also describing it as a NOC (overnight) position.

Requirements

• Current LVN license in good standing in the state of California.
• Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably during NOC shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician.
• Accurately document nursing care and resident status in the medical record.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
