About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide a high level of care and service to residents in a senior living community. The successful candidate will be dedicated to resident care, confident, open to learning, and able to lead by example while embracing the community’s culture and contributing to positive change. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday. Compensation is $30.00–$36.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational Nurse program.
- Possess a current LVN license without restrictions.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Ability to build teams.
- Experience as an educator.
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dedication to providing the highest level of care and service to residents.
- Confidence, openness to learning, and ability to lead by example.
