About The Position

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team. This is a great opportunity to build upon existing skillsets while providing exceptional care to valued patients. This role offers the chance to further a career as an LVN.

Requirements

• Valid Texas LVN License in good standing
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plan and physician’s orders
• Administer and manage medication
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
• Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable
• Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care
• Other duties as assigned
