About The Position
Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons in an out-patient setting.
Requirements
- Licensed LVN in the State of Texas
- 1+ years' experience as an LVN
- Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health
- Effective written and verbal communication
