About The Position
San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a part-time position. New graduates are welcome to apply. Requirements
- Active California LVN license required.

- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor resident conditions, perform rounds, and communicate changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality resident-centered care.
