Requirements

• Current and valid California LVN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Support infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition, escalating concerns when necessary.
