Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - PER DIEM
About The Position
Rosewood, located in Bakersfield, CA is hiring On call Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for its Skilled Nursing team. Rosewood is one of 10 HumanGood communities named "Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities" by U.S. News & World Report for 2023-2024. Our LVNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You will help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred, not required
