About The Position
Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct patient care at a facility in Kerr County, Texas. The ideal candidate will assist with treatment, administer medication, and provide direct patient support under the supervision of the Unit RN and Nurse Manager.
Requirements
- Valid LVN license (Texas or compact state)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Documentation of TB test
- Negative COVID-19 test (testing provided)
- Ability to pass urine drug screen & background check (candidate responsibility)
- Successful completion of FBI fingerprint background check (provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
- Educate patients on medications and care plans.
- Perform computer data entry (training provided).
- Support patients with advanced skills, including G-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care
- Collaborate with RNs and Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality patient care.
