About The Position
Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. Requirements
- Current LVN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
- Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and observations
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
