About The Position
The Village at Gleannloch Farms is seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults by providing care, comfort, and connection. The position is in the fast-growing field of senior living, within a supportive team environment that values integrity, empathy, and excellence. The schedule is PRN with shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM, including every other weekend. The starting pay ranges from $27-$30 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
Requirements
- A current LVN license valid in the state of Texas.
- A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
