About The Position
White Blossom Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment where our staff can provide exceptional care to our residents. This is a Full-Time, Benefitted position with available PM and NOC shifts on a 4 days on / 2 days off rotation.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California LVN license.
- Must be able to work PM or NOC shifts on a consistent 4-on/2-off rotation.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication.
- A deep commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and clinical oversight to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
- Monitor, assess, and meticulously document resident health conditions.
- Communicate effectively with the charge nurse and clinical team regarding changes in resident status.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive living environment.
