About The Position

Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their premier clinical team. They are a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility committed to helping residents reach their maximum potential through personalized, high-quality care. This is a part-time position on the NOC shift.

Requirements

• Must possess a current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• A genuine heart for working with the geriatric and post-acute population.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
• A trainable, dedicated, and compassionate attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing services tailored to each resident’s recovery goals.
• Make independent clinical decisions and apply critical thinking to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation; communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.
• Follow clinical instructions with precision and implement physician orders to support the rehabilitation process.
• Serve as a dedicated team player, providing support to both residents and fellow staff members.
