About The Position

This is a 6-week assignment for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) at PAM Health's San Antonio Med Center LTACH. Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA approved within 90 days of employment).
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gathering and reporting data.
• Carrying out orders.

• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
