We're seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide personalized one-on-one care to patients throughout Humble and surrounding communities. As an LVN Home Care Nurse, you'll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and our clinical team to provide individualized care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and communicating important clinical updates. Your nursing skills play a critical role in helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while receiving care in the familiarity of their own homes.
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Active auto insurance
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting
