Deliver Personalized Care As an LVN Home Care Nurse, you'll work closely with patients, families, physicians, and care teams to provide individualized nursing services in the comfort of each client's home. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, providing education to patients and caregivers, and communicating clinical updates to ensure continuity of care. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will help patients maintain their health, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Active Texas LVN license
• Current in-person CPR/BLS certification
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a healthcare facility, or a clinical setting
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
