Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realize the potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.

Requirements

Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
Ability to supervise.
Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice.
Provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.
