About The Position
VCA Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center of Westbury is seeking a licensed veterinary technician (or licensed eligible) to join their growing ER/ICU hospital team. This role supports pets and people in the community by providing advanced veterinary care.

Responsibilities
- Procedural anesthesia monitoring
- Ability to calculate drug doses
- Full Technician Skill Utilization
- Collecting patient histories & thorough physical exams
- Venipuncture / IVC placement
- Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
- Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
- Providing compassionate care for all patients
- Imaging and advanced procedures
- Paid on-call availability
