Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective patient handling and restraint
  • Support preventative care and vaccine appointments
  • Assist with attentive induction, monitoring, and recovery of surgical patients
  • Support emergency and surgical care, including IV catheter placement and intubation
  • Obtain diagnostics, including radiographs, phlebotomy, sample collection, and in-house lab work
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and staff
  • Maintain succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions
  • Collaborate with doctors, assistants, and fellow technicians to support excellent workflow and patient care
