About The Position

Join the VCA Castle Hills Companion Animal Hospital Team. We are seeking a licensed veterinary technician to join our team. Location: San Antonio, TX Full-time, 4-day work week, 10 hour shifts. Requirements

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT)
  • Ability to utilize knowledge in physical examinations and patient assessment.
  • Ability to perform anesthesia monitoring.
  • Ability to assist with surgical preparation and procedures.
  • Ability to perform dentistry.
  • Ability to conduct radiology.
  • Ability to perform laboratory work.
  • Ability to perform venipuncture.
  • Ability to perform catheter placement.
  • Ability to manage pharmacy.
  • Ability to oversee patient recovery.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care of hospitalized animals.
