About The Position
Join the VCA Castle Hills Companion Animal Hospital Team. We are seeking a licensed veterinary technician to join our team. Location: San Antonio, TX Full-time, 4-day work week, 10 hour shifts. Requirements
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT)
- Ability to utilize knowledge in physical examinations and patient assessment.
- Ability to perform anesthesia monitoring.
- Ability to assist with surgical preparation and procedures.
- Ability to perform dentistry.
- Ability to conduct radiology.
- Ability to perform laboratory work.
- Ability to perform venipuncture.
- Ability to perform catheter placement.
- Ability to manage pharmacy.
- Ability to oversee patient recovery.
- Ability to provide compassionate care of hospitalized animals.
