We are seeking a PRN Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current unrestricted Texas licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, or equivalent.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Handle With Care (HWC) certification (obtained when hired).

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Strong crisis intervention, assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain communication with families, guardians, and community partners regarding patient progress and discharge planning.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services to promote successful transitions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other treatment team members.
  • Document assessments, treatment interventions, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
  • Connect patients and families with appropriate community resources and support services.
