The Recovery Village in Palmer Lake is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join their team. This role is crucial in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Requirements
- Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
- Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of Colorado required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field.
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor)
- LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate)
- LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
- MFTC (Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate)
- CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist)
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred.
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from AI technology).
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
