This role is crucial in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Requirements

  • Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
  • Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of Colorado required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field.
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
  • LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor)
  • LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate)
  • LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
  • MFTC (Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate)
  • CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist)
  • CPR and BFA Certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred.
  • Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from AI technology).
  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
