About The Position

You became a therapist to help people heal—not to spend your evenings chasing paperwork, fighting insurance companies, or feeling isolated in private practice. At Evolution Wellness, we believe clinicians deserve the same care, support, and balance that they help their clients create. We've built a practice where therapists can focus on excellent clinical work while our administrative team handles the logistics behind the scenes. We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our growing outpatient counseling practice in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related field
Ability to practice independently without supervision
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience working with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions
Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, ACT, or related approaches
Experience working with couples, adolescents, or families

Responsibilities

Provide in-person and/or telehealth therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents
Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in team meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities
Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with licensure requirements
