About The Position

Stewards of Recovery is hiring licensed therapists, LPCs, LCPCs, and LCSWs to provide direct mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment across outpatient and residential settings. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful clinical work, a stable caseload, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate, full continuum of care, dual credentialled, SUD and Mental Health provider. We are a certified eligible location for up to $70,000 of NHSC loan repayment (dependent on degree, program, and eligibility) and enjoy accreditation from the Joint Commission and certifications from CARF. Stewards of Recovery has operated in Idaho for over 10 years, focusing on helping our local community while also accepting clients from throughout the state. Requirements

  • Licensed in Idaho as an LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment preferred
  • Comfortable facilitating groups
  • Familiar with utilizing an EHR system
  • Able to complete documentation within required timelines

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mental health and co-occurring assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy
  • Work with clients receiving mental health and substance use treatment
  • Collaborate with outpatient and residential treatment teams
  • Complete documentation in the EHR system within 72 hours
