About The Position

Join Backpack Healthcare, a clinician-led organization dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and young adults. We are expanding our Maryland telehealth team and are looking for licensed therapists to make a significant impact. This role offers remote flexibility within Maryland, full administrative support, and the opportunity to provide evidence-based care to families in need.

Requirements

• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong interest in working with children, teens, and young adults

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support families through education and care coordination
