About The Position

Join Daybreak Health's mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible by providing teletherapy to adolescents and adults throughout California. Partnering with over 60 school districts and numerous health plans, Daybreak Health offers clinicians stable referrals and a meaningful caseload. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to clients aged 11-60, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives. The position is open to therapists fully licensed in California only.

Requirements

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
Experience working with youth and adults ages 11-60 in clinical or school settings
Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services
Fully licensed California clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.

Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with our clients to create a safe therapeutic environment
Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults ages 11–60 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
