Daybreak Health is hiring a Licensed Therapist for its Kaiser Permanente telehealth program. The role provides individual video therapy to Kaiser Permanente members with mild-to-moderate needs. Clinicians may work with youth and young adults ages 11–24, adults ages 18–60, or both. Daybreak matches clients to the clinician’s availability, books their first sessions, and provides a dedicated intake assistant to handle initial scheduling and consent forms. The position is fully remote and open to clinicians licensed in California who can work from anywhere in the U.S. Clinicians choose their schedule, with appointments available Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time; weekends are optional. The role starts at five sessions per week, with clinicians able to see as many clients as they choose. Pay is $75–$90 per session based on weekly caseload volume, with paid intake assessments, no-shows, and late cancellations. Eligible bilingual clinicians receive a $5 differential. Additional support includes a $340 paid onboarding stipend, free year-round CE credits, paid clinical consultation, included malpractice insurance, biweekly pay, and billing handled by Daybreak.
